What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard payments on our website and deliveries will be made by DHL.
We accept Cash On Delivery for UAE orders only and these will delivered by local courier.
How do I return an item?
Please refer to our Returns section
Can I return an item for a refund or exchange?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, however if you return your unused item within 7 days then we will issue the same amount in credit to your account. If you would like to exhange - you will need to return the original item, wait for credit to be issued for the returned item, and then you will be able to place a new order using the returned store credit. Please note - shipping costs will not be refunded.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we do! Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery section. Please note customs policies vary from country to country. All applicable fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I track my order?
Yes - please log into your account and visit the My Orders section.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped and you would like to cancel we can give you store credit – go to My Account - Order History and select Cancel Order.
