• Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of delivery and credit will be issued to your account upon receipt and inspection of the returned items. We do not offer refunds.
• If not shipped and you would like to cancel we give credit – go to My Account - Order history and select Cancel Order.
• After 7 days unfortunately we are unable to exchange or refund items.
• Returns may take approximately 1 weeks to process your credit note.
• Returns must be collected by us – please follow the returns process below.
• Underwear & Lingerie are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
• Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered, and must be free of any stains/marks.
• In the case of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a substitute or replacement product or we will give you a full refund. In any case you must return the faulty, damaged or incorrect products to us as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied.
